Who we are

This website is operated by Qinity, based in Malaysia. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@qinity.my.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us, for example when you email us or use the enquiry form on the contact page. This usually includes:

• your name, work email and, if you add it, your company;
• the area you need help with and a short description of what's happening.

The enquiry form doesn't store anything on this website. It prepares an email in your own email app, which you then choose to send.

If you type your email into the “Let's talk” box, it's kept briefly in your browser (session storage) to fill in the contact form. Nothing is sent until you send the email yourself.

This website doesn't use cookies, advertising or analytics. Fonts are served from this website, so no third-party font service sees your visit. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

• to reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation;
• to prepare and manage any proposal or engagement that follows;
• to keep appropriate business records.

We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business, such as email and hosting, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting relationship, then delete it or keep it only as required for legal or accounting purposes.

Your choices

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it. Email hello@qinity.my and we'll respond.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and the date above.
